Job Description
Manage patients primarily with renal transplant-related diagnoses, including pre/post-operative care for renal, pancreas, and SPK transplants, as well as dialysis and access needs.
Provide education on self-care for transplant patients to maintain health and graft function.
Care also extends to general medicine and surgical patients with varied acuity levels, including complications, nephrectomy, and dialysis access.
Utilize treatments such as IV therapy, antibiotics, transfusions, sterile dressings, tube feeds, drains, and immunosuppressants.
Work during night shifts with a salary range of $68,640.00 – $70,699.20.
Handle sensitive information per HIPAA and state regulations, ensuring minimal necessary access and protection of patient data.
