Job Description
Manage patients primarily with renal transplant, SPK, PAK, ESRD requiring dialysis, and related surgical or medical conditions.
Provide education on self-care for transplant patients to maintain health and graft function.
Care for general medicine and surgical patients with both acute and chronic conditions, including renal transplant complications, nephrectomy, and dialysis access.
Administer treatments such as IV therapy, antibiotics, blood transfusions, sterile dressings, tube feeds, surgical drains, and immunosuppressants.
Work during night shifts with a salary range of $68,640.00 – $70,699.20.
Ensure compliance with confidentiality and data protection policies, safeguarding sensitive information per HIPAA and applicable regulations.
