Job Description
The Clinical Nurse in the Orthopedics & Spine Unit provides compassionate patient care through kindness and active listening.
Responsibilities include implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, performing treatments, interpreting diagnostic tests, assessing patient needs, and managing care.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, collaborates with the team to develop care plans, and guides ancillary staff.
Qualifications include a nursing diploma, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and 1-3 years of Med-Surg or Progressive Care experience.
Strong communication, organizational, and quality improvement skills are essential.
Salary ranges from $68,640 to $70,699.20 annually, or $33.00 to $33.99 hourly.
The role requires adherence to confidentiality and privacy regulations.
