Job Description
The Clinical Nurse in the Orthopedics & Spine Unit provides compassionate patient care through active listening and kindness.
Responsibilities include implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, performing treatments, and documenting care.
Evaluates diagnostic tests, assesses patient needs, and applies sound nursing judgment.
Provides primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
Collaborates with the team to create and follow a Plan of Care, guiding ancillary staff.
Minimum qualifications: graduation from a recognized nursing program, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care, and strong communication and organizational skills.
Hourly pay ranges from $33.00 to $33.99. The role involves handling sensitive information according to privacy regulations.
