Job Description
This clinical nurse role in the Maternal Special Care unit involves providing compassionate patient care during night shifts, including administering medications, performing treatments, and interpreting diagnostic tests.
Assess and evaluate patient needs and responses, applying sound nursing judgment to manage care effectively.
Deliver primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses, collaborating with the team to develop care plans.
Supervise ancillary staff and maintain professional standards.
Qualifications include a nursing diploma, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and 1-3 years of clinical experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. Weekend and holiday shifts are required.
