Job Description
This clinical RN role in Maternal Special Care involves providing compassionate patient care, implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments and tests, and documenting care.
Evaluates diagnostic tests and assesses patient needs and responses.
Uses sound judgment in care management and provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Collaborates with the team to develop patient care plans and guides ancillary staff.
Requires a nursing diploma, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and 1-3 years of clinical experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Strong communication, organizational, and quality improvement skills are essential.
The role involves weekend and holiday work shifts, with a salary range of $68,640 – $70,699.
