Job Description
The Clinical Nurse in Maternal Special Care (Night shift) provides compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and interpreting diagnostic tests. They assess patient needs, apply sound nursing judgment, and deliver primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses. Responsibilities include collaborating on care plans, directing ancillary staff, and maintaining professional standards. Qualifications include a nursing diploma or degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and 1-3 years of clinical experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care. Strong communication, organizational, and quality improvement skills are essential. The role involves weekend and holiday shifts, with a salary range of $68,640â$70,699.20.
