Job Description
The clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and evaluating diagnostic tests.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment in management decisions.
Offers primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, collaborating with the team to create a Plan of Care.
Directs ancillary staff and maintains professional nursing standards.
Requires a nursing degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and 1-3 years of clinical experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Demonstrates strong communication, organizational, and quality improvement skills.
The role involves night shifts, with weekend and holiday commitments, and adherence to privacy and confidentiality standards.
