Job Description
The Clinical Nurse in Maternal Special Care provides compassionate patient care through active listening and kindness.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and documents care following policies and regulations.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, administering medications as ordered.
Collaborates with the team to develop patient care plans and directs ancillary staff while maintaining professional standards.
Minimum qualifications include a nursing degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and 1-3 years of clinical experience.
The role involves weekend and holiday shifts and requires adherence to confidentiality and data protection policies.
