Qualifications include a nursing diploma, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and 1-3 years of clinical experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Excellent communication, organizational, and quality improvement skills are essential.
The position requires weekend and holiday work during night shifts and adherence to confidentiality and regulatory policies.
