Job Description
Seeking a full-time night shift RN for Labor & Delivery and Antepartum, working 3, 12-hour shifts per week from 7p-7:30a, with weekend and holiday rotations. The RN will be cross-trained for both units.
Responsibilities include implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, performing treatments, interpreting diagnostic tests, assessing patient needs, providing primary and emergency care, and collaborating on care plans.
Qualifications include a nursing diploma, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care, and strong communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of quality improvement principles and ability to apply problem-solving tools is required.
The role involves handling sensitive information in compliance with privacy regulations.
