Job Description
Seeking a full-time night shift RN for Labor & Delivery and Antepartum, working 3, 12-hour shifts weekly from 7p-7:30a, with weekend and holiday rotations. RN will be cross-trained to both units.
Responsibilities include implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, interpreting diagnostic tests, assessing patient needs, and providing primary and emergency care.
Collaborate with the team to develop patient care plans and supervise ancillary staff, ensuring professional standards.
Qualifications include a nursing degree (Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate), current NYS RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Must possess strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with knowledge of quality improvement principles.
Salary ranges from $68,640 to $70,699.20 annually.
