The Clinical Nurse in the Float Pool works evening shifts in a compassionate environment, providing primary and emergency care, administering medications, performing treatments, and interpreting diagnostic tests.
Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, applying sound nursing judgment, collaborating on care plans, and guiding ancillary staff.
Requirements include a diploma, associate or baccalaureate degree in nursing, a current NYS RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
