Job Description
The Clinical Nurse in the Float Pool works evening shifts, providing compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and interpreting diagnostic tests.
They assess patient needs, apply sound nursing judgment, and deliver primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
Collaborating with the team, they create and follow care plans, supervise ancillary staff, and ensure professional standards.
Minimum qualifications include a nursing degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and 1-3 years of clinical experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Strong communication, organization, and quality improvement skills are required.
The role involves handling sensitive information securely and adhering to privacy regulations.
