Job Description
The Clinical Nurse in the Float Pool provides compassionate, patient-centered care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and evaluating patient conditions.
They assess and respond to patient needs, collaborate with the team to create care plans, and guide ancillary staff.
Requires a nursing diploma, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and 1-3 years of Med-Surg or Progressive Care experience.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
The role involves adhering to privacy regulations and maintaining professional standards.
Work shift is night, with a salary range of $68,640 – $70,699.
