Job Description
The Clinical Nurse in the Float Pool provides compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and evaluating diagnostic tests.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
Offers primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses, collaborating with the team to develop care plans.
Supervises ancillary staff and maintains professional standards.
Requires a diploma, associate, or baccalaureate degree in nursing, current RN license, and BLS/ACLS certification.
Minimum 1-3 years of clinical experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
This role may involve handling sensitive information, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
