Job Description
The Clinical Nurse in the Float Pool works night shifts, providing compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and evaluating patient conditions.
Collaborates with the healthcare team to develop and execute care plans.
Guides ancillary staff and maintains professional standards.
Requires a diploma, associate, or baccalaureate nursing degree, NYS RN license, and certifications in BLS and ACLS.
Has 1-3 years of clinical experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Needs strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Must adhere to confidentiality and information protection policies.
