Job Description
This Clinical Nurse role involves providing compassionate patient care in a Medical/Surgical Hospitalist setting during daytime shifts, with a salary range of $68,640.00 – $70,699.20.
Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, procedures, and document care according to policies and regulations.
Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assess patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment for management decisions.
Provide primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Administer over-the-counter and prescription medications as ordered.
Collaborate with the nursing team to develop patient care plans and guide ancillary staff, maintaining professional standards.
