Job Description
The Clinical Nurse in the Medical/Surgical Hospitalist department provides compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and evaluating diagnostic tests.
Assess and respond to patient needs, providing primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Collaborate with the team to develop and follow individualized care plans.
Supervise ancillary staff and maintain professional nursing standards.
Minimum qualifications include a nursing diploma or degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and 1-3 years of Med-Surg or Progressive Care experience.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
