Job Description
This role involves assessing, coordinating, and managing patient care throughout their hospital stay, focusing on discharge planning and transitions.
Provides primary and emergency care, including implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, and performing treatments and tests.
Evaluates patient conditions through diagnostic tests and applies sound nursing judgment for care decisions.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, collaborating with the team to create and follow a Plan of Care.
Directs ancillary staff and maintains professional nursing standards.
Ensures compassionate, competent care is delivered across inpatient, ambulatory, and community settings.
Adheres to policies, regulations, and confidentiality requirements, especially regarding sensitive patient information.
The position offers a day shift with a salary range of $68,640.00 – $70,699.20.
