Job Description
The Registered Professional Nurse assesses, coordinates, plans, directs, implements, and manages patient care during their hospital stay, focusing on progress toward discharge and smooth transitions within acute care.
Responsible for delivering and coordinating care provided by the caregiving team to ensure competent, compassionate service to patients, referring facilities, and hospital staff in inpatient, ambulatory, and community settings.
Eligible nurses participating in the Nursing Professional Advancement Pathway (NPAP) can progress from novice to competent within a specialty and apply for advancement.
This role may involve access to sensitive information regulated by HIPAA and state laws; access is limited to “need to know” basis and must be protected from unauthorized disclosure.
The position offers a day shift with a salary range of $68,640.00 – $70,699.20, with hourly rates between $33.00 and $33.99.
