Job Description
The Medical/Surgical Hospitalist RN assesses, plans, directs, and manages patient care throughout the episode, focusing on progress toward discharge and transitions within acute care.
Responsible for coordinating and delivering compassionate, competent care by the caregiving team in inpatient, ambulatory, and community settings.
Participates in the Nursing Professional Advancement Pathway (NPAP), progressing from novice to competent within a specialty.
Work shift is Day, with a salary range of $68,640.00 – $70,699.20, and an hourly rate of $33.00 – $33.99.
Role may involve access to sensitive information; adherence to privacy and confidentiality policies, including HIPAA, is required.
