Job Description
The Registered Professional Nurse assesses, plans, coordinates, and manages patient care throughout the episode, focusing on discharge and transitions within the acute stay.
Responsible for delivering and coordinating care provided by the caregiving team to ensure competent, compassionate service.
Provides care to patients in inpatient, ambulatory, and community settings, including referring facilities and hospital staff.
Participates in the Nursing Professional Advancement Pathway (NPAP), progressing from novice to competent within a specialty.
Ensures compliance with privacy regulations, safeguarding sensitive information related to patients and the organization.
This role requires a day shift, with a salary range of $68,640.00 – $70,699.20, and an hourly rate of $33.00 – $33.99.
