Job Description
This Medical/Surgical Hospitalist role involves assessing, coordinating, planning, directing, implementing, and managing patient care throughout the episode of care, with a focus on progress toward discharge and transitions within the acute stay.
The nurse ensures delivery of competent, compassionate care to patients, referring facilities, and staff across inpatient, ambulatory, and community settings.
Participates in the Nursing Professional Advancement Pathway (NPAP), progressing from novice to competent in a specialty.
Salary ranges from $68,640.00 to $70,699.20, with an hourly rate of $33.00 to $33.99.
