Job Description
The Medical/Surgical Hospitalist RN assesses, plans, coordinates, and manages patient care throughout their stay, focusing on progress toward discharge and transitions within the acute care setting.
Responsible for delivering and coordinating care by the caregiving team, ensuring compassionate, competent treatment for patients, referring facilities, and staff across inpatient, ambulatory, and community settings.
Participates in the Nursing Professional Advancement Pathway (NPAP), advancing from novice to competent within a specialty.
Salary ranges from $68,640.00 to $70,699.20, with hourly rates between $33.00 and $33.99.
