Job Description
The Medical/Surgical Hospitalist RN assesses, plans, coordinates, and manages patient care throughout their stay, focusing on progress toward discharge and transitions within acute care.
Responsible for delivering and coordinating care by the caregiving team to ensure competent, compassionate service.
Provides care to patients in inpatient, ambulatory, and community settings, including referrals and collaboration with hospital staff.
Participates in the Nursing Professional Advancement Pathway (NPAP), progressing from novice to competent within a specialty.
Ensures compliance with privacy regulations, safeguarding sensitive information, and following policies on access and disclosure.
This role operates during day shifts in the US, with a salary range of $68,640 to $70,699.20, and an hourly rate of $33.00 to $33.99.
