Job Description
The Medical/Surgical Hospitalist RN provides patient assessment, care coordination, planning, and management throughout the hospital stay, focusing on progress toward discharge and care transitions.
Responsible for delivering and coordinating compassionate, competent care by the caregiving team in inpatient, ambulatory, and community settings.
Participates in the Nursing Professional Advancement Pathway, progressing from novice to competent within a specialty.
Work shift is day hours, with a salary range of $68,640.00 – $70,699.20.
The role may involve access to sensitive information protected by HIPAA and state regulations, requiring strict confidentiality and minimal necessary use.
