Job Description
This Registered Professional Nurse role in the Medical/Surgical Hospitalist department involves assessing, coordinating, planning, and managing patient care throughout their episode of stay, with a focus on discharge and transitions within the acute care setting.
Responsible for delivering and coordinating care provided by the caregiving team to ensure compassionate, competent service.
Provides care across inpatient, ambulatory, and community settings, ensuring quality and consistency.
Participates in the Nursing Professional Advancement Pathway (NPAP), progressing from novice to competent within a specialty.
Work shift is during daytime hours with a salary range of $68,640.00 – $70,699.20, with hourly rates between $33.00 and $33.99.
Role involves handling sensitive information, requiring adherence to privacy and security policies including HIPAA regulations.
