The clinical Nurse in the Neurosciences & Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU) works night shifts to provide compassionate patient care.

Implements physician orders, administers medications, performs treatments, procedures, and documents care according to regulations.

Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.

Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound judgment in management decisions.

Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.

Collaborates with the team to develop individualized Plans of Care and guides ancillary staff.

Maintains professional standards and ensures confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA and relevant regulations.
