Job Description
The Medical/Surgical Cardiac Hospitalist RN works night shifts to assess, plan, coordinate, and manage patient care throughout their hospital stay, focusing on discharge readiness and transitions.
Responsibilities include implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, interpreting diagnostic tests, and evaluating patient responses.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, collaborates with the team to develop care plans, and supervises ancillary staff.
Ensures compassionate, competent care across inpatient, outpatient, and community settings, adhering to regulatory policies.
Access to sensitive information is limited to a âneed to knowâ basis, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy standards.
Salary ranges from $72,072 to $74,229.
