Assess, coordinate, plan, and manage patient care throughout their hospital stay, focusing on discharge readiness and care transitions.

Implement physician orders, administer medications, perform treatments, procedures, and document accordingly.

Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.

Evaluate patient needs and responses, applying sound nursing judgment for management decisions.

Provide primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, administering both OTC and prescription medications.

Collaborate with the nursing team to develop patient care plans and guide ancillary staff, ensuring professional standards.

Handle sensitive information in compliance with privacy laws, ensuring data security and confidentiality.
