Job Description
This Night shift Registered Professional Nurse position in Hematology/Oncology involves assessing, coordinating, planning, directing, implementing, and managing patient care throughout the episode of care, with a focus on discharge readiness and transitions within the acute care stay.
Responsible for delivering and coordinating patient care provided by the caregiving team.
Ensures compassionate, competent care is consistently delivered to patients, referring facilities, hospital staff, and across inpatient, ambulatory, and community settings.
Requires access to sensitive information protected by HIPAA and other regulations, with strict adherence to privacy and security policies.
Salary range is $68,640.00 – $70,699.20.
