Job Description
This Night shift Registered Professional Nurse position involves assessing, coordinating, planning, directing, and managing patient care throughout the episode of care, with a focus on discharge planning and transitions within the acute stay.
Responsible for delivering and coordinating care provided by the caregiving team to ensure competent, compassionate service.
Provides care to patients in inpatient, ambulatory, and community settings, including referring facilities.
Ensures access to sensitive information aligns with privacy laws, based on a âneed to knowâ basis, and protects patient information from unauthorized access.
Salary range is $68,640.00 – $70,699.20.
