This Night shift Registered Professional Nurse in Hematology/Oncology is responsible for assessing, planning, coordinating, and managing patient care throughout the episode, focusing on discharge readiness and care transitions.
Ensures the delivery of competent, compassionate care by the caregiving team across inpatient, ambulatory, and community settings.
Coordinates with the healthcare team to meet patient needs and promote smooth transitions within the acute care stay.
Maintains confidentiality and complies with HIPAA and relevant regulations, ensuring access to sensitive information is limited to those with a “need to know.”
The position offers a salary range of $68,640.00 – $70,699.20.
