This Night shift Registered Professional Nurse in Hematology/Oncology is responsible for assessing, planning, coordinating, and managing patient care throughout their stay, with a focus on discharge readiness and transitions within acute care.
Ensures delivery of competent, compassionate care to patients, referring facilities, and staff across inpatient, ambulatory, and community settings.
Coordinates the caregiving team to meet patient needs and promotes smooth care transitions.
Works within confidentiality guidelines, handling sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
Salary ranges from $68,640.00 to $70,699.20.
