Join the Critical Care Float Pool team working night shifts, with a salary range of $68,640-$70,699.20, offering opportunities to develop skills across Neuro-Surgical Trauma ICU, Medical ICU, Coronary Care Unit, Cardiovascular ICU, and MSICU.
Gain experience in Emergency Department and neuro-progressive care areas.
Provide compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and interpreting diagnostic tests.
Assess patient needs, collaborate on care plans, and guide ancillary staff.
Require RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care, and strong communication and organizational skills.
Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and maintain a caring environment for patients, families, and colleagues.
