Join a dynamic Critical Care Float Pool team, working night shifts in various ICU settings including Neuro-Surgical Trauma, Medical ICU, Coronary Care, Cardiovascular ICU, and intermediate care.
Gain and practice critical care skills across multiple units.
Opportunities to develop competencies in Emergency Department and neuro-progressive care areas.
Work in the regionâs only Level I trauma center, contributing to a compassionate, patient-centered environment.
Implement physician orders, administer medications, perform treatments, interpret diagnostic tests, and collaborate on patient care plans.
Qualifications include RN licensure, BLS/ACLS certifications, 1-3 years of clinical RN experience, and strong communication and organizational skills.
Must adhere to confidentiality policies and handle sensitive information responsibly.
