Join the Critical Care Float Pool team working night shifts in a Level I trauma center, gaining skills across Neuro-Surgical Trauma ICU, Medical ICU, Coronary Care Unit, Cardiovascular ICU, and MSICU.
Opportunities to develop competencies in Emergency Department and neuro-progressive care areas.
Provide compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and evaluating diagnostic tests.
Assess patient needs, apply sound nursing judgment, and collaborate on care plans.
Qualifications include a nursing diploma or degree, current NYS RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Strong communication, organization, and quality improvement skills are required.
