Join a dynamic Critical Care Float Pool team working night shifts with a salary range of $68,640â$70,699.20 (
Hourly: $33.00â$33.99
).
Gain critical care experience across Neuro-Surgical Trauma ICU, Medical ICU, Coronary Care, Cardiovascular ICU, and MSICU, with opportunities to expand into Emergency and neuro-progressive care.
Provide compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing procedures, and evaluating diagnostic tests.
Assess patient needs, apply sound nursing judgment, and collaborate on care plans.
Qualifications include a nursing degree, current RN license, BLS/ACLS certification, and 1-3 years of Med-Surg or Progressive Care experience.
Strong communication, organizational, and quality improvement skills are essential.
