Join the Critical Care Float Pool team, working night shifts in a Level I trauma center, with a salary range of $68,640-$70,699.20.
Gain experience across Neuro-Surgical Trauma ICU, Medical ICU, Coronary Care Unit, Cardiovascular ICU, and MSICU, with opportunities to expand skills in Emergency Department and neuro-progressive care.
Provide compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and interpreting diagnostic tests.
Assess patient needs, apply sound nursing judgment, and collaborate on care plans.
Qualifications include a nursing diploma, current NYS RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and 1-3 years of RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Strong communication, organizational, and quality improvement skills are essential.
