Join the Critical Care Float Pool team, working night shifts in a Level I trauma center with opportunities to gain skills in Neuro-Surgical Trauma ICU, Medical ICU, Coronary Care, Cardiovascular ICU, and MSICU.
Earn between $68,640 and $70,699.20 annually, with an hourly rate of $33.00 – $33.99.
Gain competencies in Emergency Department and neuro-progressive care areas.
Provide compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and assessing patient needs.
Collaborate with the team to develop care plans, direct ancillary staff, and ensure quality care.
Qualifications include RN license, 1-3 years of clinical experience, BLS and ACLS certifications, and strong communication and organizational skills.
Role involves handling sensitive information following privacy regulations.
