Job Description
The CCU is a 17-bed critical care unit for adult patients with life-threatening cardiac issues, equipped with invasive monitoring.
Nurses implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, and perform treatments and tests.
They interpret diagnostic tests, assess patient needs, and respond to care requirements.
Providing primary and emergency care, they collaborate with the team to develop a Plan of Care.
Responsibilities include guiding staff, maintaining nursing standards, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
The role requires sound nursing judgment, experience with advanced cardiac devices, and adherence to patient privacy policies.
