Job Description
The Clinical Nurse creates a compassionate environment by providing patient-centered care through active listening and kindness.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and documents care per regulations.
Evaluates diagnostic tests, assesses patient needs, and applies sound nursing judgment.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, administering medications as ordered.
Collaborates with the team to develop and follow a Plan of Care, guiding ancillary staff while maintaining professional standards.
Requires a nursing degree (Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate), current RN license, and BLS/ACLS certifications.
1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care, with strong communication and organizational skills.
This role involves sensitive information, requiring adherence to privacy and security policies.
