Job Description

The Clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care through active listening and kindness, supporting a caring environment for patients, families, and colleagues.

  • Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, and documents care according to policies and regulations.
  • Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
  • Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
  • Offers primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
  • Collaborates with the team to develop and execute patient Care Plans.
  • Guides ancillary staff and maintains professional nursing standards.
    Minimum qualifications include a nursing degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and 1-3 years of clinical experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
    Strong communication, organization, and quality improvement skills are essential.
