Job Description
The Clinical Nurse provides compassionate care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, performing treatments, and documenting care.
Evaluates diagnostic tests and assesses patient needs and responses.
Uses sound nursing judgment for patient management, offering primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Collaborates with the team to develop and follow a Plan of Care.
Supervises ancillary staff and maintains professional nursing standards.
Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, a current NYS RN license, and BLS/ACLS certification.
Minimum 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
The role involves sensitive information handling and adherence to privacy standards.
