Job Description
The Clinical Nurse provides compassionate patient care by implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and assessing patient needs.
They interpret diagnostic tests, apply sound nursing judgment, and deliver emergency and primary care for injuries and illnesses.
Collaborate with the team to create and follow a Plan of Care, guide ancillary staff, and maintain professional standards.
Requires a nursing diploma or degree, valid RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and 1-3 years of Med-Surg or Progressive Care experience.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential.
