The Vascular Surgery – C5 unit is seeking a Day shift Clinical Nurse with a salary range of $68,640 to $70,699.20. The nurse will assess, coordinate, plan, and manage patient care throughout their stay, focusing on discharge readiness and transitions. Responsibilities include implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, interpreting diagnostic tests, and evaluating patient needs. The role involves providing primary and emergency care for patients with complex conditions such as amputations and vascular wounds, with training provided in wound care, Telemetry, and related skills. Requirements include a nursing degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and relevant experience. The nurse must ensure quality care, collaborate with the team, and maintain patient safety and confidentiality.
