Job Description
The RN in the Secure Unit (C3W) works day shifts assessing, planning, directing, and managing patient care throughout their stay, focusing on discharge readiness and care transitions.
They coordinate care delivery by the caregiving team, ensuring compassionate, competent care for patients, referring facilities, and staff in inpatient, ambulatory, and community settings.
Participation in the Nursing Professional Advancement Pathway (NPAP) allows nurses to progress from novice to expert within a specialty and apply for advanced status.
The role may involve access to sensitive information protected by HIPAA and other regulations, requiring strict confidentiality and minimum necessary access.
Salary ranges from $68,640 to $70,699.20, with an hourly rate of $33.00 to $33.99. The position is for day shifts, with a focus on providing equitable, high-quality patient care.
