Job Description
The Registered Professional Nurse in the Secure Unit (C3W) works day shifts assessing, planning, coordinating, implementing, and managing patient care throughout their stay, focusing on discharge readiness and transitions within acute care.
Responsible for delivering coordinated, compassionate care to patients, referring facilities, and staff across inpatient, ambulatory, and community settings.
Participates in the Nursing Professional Advancement Pathway (NPAP), progressing from novice to proficient or expert within a specialty.
Salary ranges from $68,640 to $70,699.20, with hourly rates from $33.00 to $33.99.
Role may involve handling sensitive information protected by HIPAA and other regulations, with strict access and confidentiality requirements.
