Job Description
This Registered Professional Nurse role in the Secure Unit – C3W involves assessing, coordinating, planning, and managing patient needs throughout their care episodes, focusing on discharge readiness and transitions within acute care.
Responsible for delivering and coordinating patient care by the caregiving team to ensure competent, compassionate service to patients, referring facilities, and staff in inpatient, outpatient, and community settings.
Participation in the Nursing Professional Advancement Pathway (NPAP) allows nurses to progress from novice to competent, with opportunities to advance to proficient or expert levels.
Work shift is during the day, with a salary range of $68,640.00 – $70,699.20, and hourly wages from $33.00 to $33.99.
Role may involve access to sensitive information protected by HIPAA and other regulations, requiring strict adherence to confidentiality and minimum necessary access policies.
